At Craftbar, Tom Colicchio’s philosophy of simple food made with the finest ingredients is applied to casual dining.  The menu, inspired by the nearby Greenmarket, changes daily featuring ingredients farmed, caught, raised, and produced locally.  Favorites include marinated beets with goat cheese, raisins and pistachios; buttermilk fried chicken with anson mills grits, braised greens and cornbread; and the signature veal ricotta meatballs.  Rounding out the Craftbar experience, a carefully-curated beverage list highlights small wine producers, seasonal cocktails, and craft beer.

Craftbar’s rustic and relaxed dining room, distinguished by original design details characteristic of historic pre-war buildings, lends itself equally to brunch, a quick lunch, full dinner, or a beer and bite at the bar during Happy Hour.
